Created and funded by the State of Connecticut, the Covered Connecticut Program, administered by the Connecticut Department of Social Services, provides health insurance, dental coverage and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) benefits at no cost to residents who meet eligibility requirements.

The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) made more financial help available through Access Health CT for residents at virtually every income level. Many existing customers will see savings for their current plan and some people may be eligible for the first time. Enter some basic information about your household to understand your options.
Connecticut residents who purchase health insurance through Access Health CT will continue to receive enhanced subsidies to help pay for the cost of their monthly health insurance payments (premium), thanks to the IRA. This financial help is now extended for three more years (through plan year 2025).
