Individuals who relocated to Connecticut because of a hurricane have more time to enroll in a Qualified Health Plan. Access Health CT is offering an exceptional circumstance Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for hurricane victims relocating to Connecticut from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Individuals can enroll through this SEP until March 31, 2018 by calling Customer Service at 1-855-805-4325 and attesting to this status.
