Access Health CT partners with Community Renewal Team (CRT) as part of our Navigator Program. Navigators are community organizations, and in addition to supporting enrollment or renewal efforts, they help Connecticut residents better use and understand their health insurance plans, including preventative care.

Customers must call ahead and make an appointment. Please call the Navigator before visiting in person. They can be helped in person or by ZOOM call. Masks are required in the building. Upon entering, a customer will be asked a few questions, asked to sign in and have their temperature taken. If acceptable, the customer will meet in a socially distanced conference room with CRT trained staff.
