There is no impact to Access Health CT or our customers during the government shutdown. Access Health CT and our call center are open. If you have financial help, including Advanced Premium Tax Credits, it will continue to be available to you during the shutdown.

It is also the only place where you can qualify for financial help to lower your costs, and if eligible, enroll in low or no-cost coverage through HUSKY Health Programs (Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)) or the Covered CT Program.

Report Changes

If you enroll in a health or dental plan, get to know your insurance company and plan benefits. Learn how to pay your bill, where to find the right pharmacy and the provider directory. Remember, if any of your personal or household information changes during the year, you must report the changes to Access Health CT right away. Keeping information up to date will also help make the process smoother when it’s time to renew. 

You can sign in to report changes and manage your health or dental plan.

HUSKY A, B and D members can sign in to report changes to household details and contact information. HUSKY C members must visit mydss.ct.gov
