Learn About Our Plans

Qualified Health Plans (QHP) are health insurance plans you can purchase through Access Health CT that provide coverage for the same set of minimum Essential Health Benefits, regardless of the level of the plan selected. These plans must also follow established limits on cost sharing (like deductibles, co-payments, and out-of-pocket maximum amounts) and meet other requirements under the Affordable Care Act.

Before you pick a new health and/or dental plan, make sure you know how our plans work and what services are covered. You can use our Compare Plans tool to explore the plan details and find one that works for you. Keep your own needs in mind — search for your doctors, prescription drugs and expected medical services before you apply.
