The 2027 Open Enrollment Period begins October 23, 2026 and ends December 23, 2026. For coverage starting January 1, 2027, complete your application and enroll by December 15, 2026. For coverage starting February 1, 2027, complete your application and enroll between December 16, 2026, and December 23, 2026.
