New to Access Health CT? Looking for health and/or dental coverage options for yourself or your family? Find out if you are eligible for the Covered Connecticut Program. Created and funded by the State of Connecticut, the Covered Connecticut Program—administered by the Connecticut Department of Social Services—provides health insurance, dental coverage and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) benefits at no cost to residents who meet eligibility requirements.

GET READY FOR YOUR RENEWAL
Did you recently receive a renewal notice from Access Health CT and the Department of Social Services (DSS)? Update your household and contact information now to make your renewal go smoothly and pay attention to mail or email messages you receive from Access Health CT and DSS. If you enroll in a health insurance plan, get to know your insurance company. Learn how to pay your bill and where to find the right pharmacy and provider directory. Remember—if any of your personal information changes during the year, you must report the changes to Access Health CT right away.
You can sign in to report changes and manage your health or dental plan.
HUSKY A, B and D members can sign in to complete their renewal or report changes to household details and contact information. HUSKY C members should visit mydss.ct.gov

Eliminating health disparities in Connecticut is core to our mission at Access Health CT. That’s why we created the Broker Academy Program where we provide free training for Connecticut residents to become licensed brokers. The Program aims to help reduce health disparities and uninsured rates by embedding a network of trusted healthcare coverage advisors in Connecticut’s traditionally hardest-to-reach communities.

Most people get some type of financial help, low or no-cost coverage. Take another look.
The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) provides for more financial help available through Access Health CT for even more Connecticut residents. Enter some basic information about your household to understand your options.
Connecticut residents who purchase health insurance through Access Health CT will continue to receive enhanced subsidies to help pay for the cost of their monthly health insurance payments (premiums), thanks to the IRA. This financial help is extended through plan year 2025.
